They are, Smoothie King, Ann Arbor Black Ice and Kensington Swarm. Please submit the information (player names and numbers) to Ann at adobija@visteon.com. * MAHA Update (Carrie Sirola (MAHA Rep) - olearyhawks@aol.com) - Teams are reminded that if they would like to add players to their existing rosters that play on other MSHL teams, to participate in any tournament, they must either create a new official USA team roster, or release / add to their existing USA team roster using release forms. Failing to do either will result in illegal players participating during the tournament. Carrie is working with MAHA to have the following rule approved and added to the MAHA rules to eliminate creating tournament rosters or dealing with release forms. The new rule to be voted on is ''Men or Women are allowed to be rostered on more than one team within the same league if they are participating with the additional teams for the purposes of tournament play only. Players must designate to the league which team they will participate with for regular season play." Again, this rule has not yet been voted in yet so teams are required to follow the current rule stated above. * Review Complaints (Ann Dobija) * Protests will follow MAHA rules. Teams are asked to view the MAHA rules on the MAHA website to become familiar with these rules. * Board Members were asked to attend games between Remax vs. Michigan Chiefs and Freeze vs. Belle Tire. Both games were uneventful. Teams are reminded that they are responsible for the actions of their players and should be aware of the conduct they present on the ice. This sport isn't worth any individual getting hurt over. Any obvious intent to harm will be dealt with very seriously by the Board. * Michigan Devils submitted a formal complaint against a former player who may owe funds/jersey. The Board will ask both parties to attend the next league meeting to present their facts. * Officer Nominations (Ann Dobija) * Ann Dobija informed the Board she will be stepping down as President after this season. Nominations for all positions will be accepted now until election night. Please forward nominations to Ann, adobija@visteon.com. * Rule and Regulations Updates (Terry Matthews) - Terry modified the rules and regulations with the changes the Board discussed. Most additions clarified current rules. Rules will reflect that uniforms and properties are to be returned to a team before a player can participate on another team, teams must report game misconducts, coaches will be added to the game misconduct match rule, players transitioning to new teams two levels up or down must contact the Board for approval and teams must have the proper rosters for tournaments. The team s will be notified when the modifications have been completed and posted on the site. * Ruicci Cup Tournament Update (Ann Dobija) - No proposals were submitted at the last league meeting. Teams have been asked to submit their proposal to Ann by January 20th at adobija@visteon.com. Again, if volunteers do not come forth then the tournament will be canceled. Ann is still trying to contact Kristen Krug to create a tournament guidebook.
