April meeting minutes were reviewed, a motion to pass was made by Joanne Lukasik, seconded by Jessie Fleck and passed unanimously. Treasurer's Report: * Update on League Funds: Joanne Lukasik (jalukasik@aol.com). The April Treasurer's Report indicates that the league has a balance of $4,321.67. Teams are reminded that if they would like a copy of the Treasurer's Report they can send an e-mail request to Ann. Teams who qualify for a Ruicci Cup Tournament fee refund ($100) can e-mail Joanne with the appropriate mailing information. Please indicate who to make the check payable to. Besides the refunds the only open item was a $45 quarterly website fee. New Business: * Election of the Board Members - The Annual Meeting of the Members was held whereas the following people were nominated to the Board of Directors: Joanne Lukasik, Terry Mathews, Amy Martin, Derek Fuciarelli and Renee Dobrzelewski. The Board members will decide which office they will hold at the Board of Directors Meeting held in June. Ann Dobija would like to thank all of the members of the MHSL for their support over the last six years during her reign as President/Vice President. She would also like to congratulate the new Board of Directors and wishes them well in their efforts to continue to keep the league stronger then ever!!! * Review Formal Complaints - None were presented. * Rules and Regulations Updates (Terry Matthews) - Terry is in the last stage of finalizing the Rule and Regulations. The latest version will be posted after the June Board of Directors meeting to reflect the new 2003-2004 Board Members. * LEAGUE Division Champions were once again congratulated. All teams were awarded T-Shirts. Any team who did not pick up their shirts should email Ann to arrange how to get their shirts.
