In a hard fought match up, Swarm beat The Other Team D5 3 - 2 at Kensington Valley Ice House in Brighton on Sunday. The Other Team D5 outscored Swarm two to one to take the lead at the end of the first period. Swarm tied the score in the second period with one goal. The end of the second period saw both teams at two goals each. Swarm took the lead in the third period with one goal and won the game.

Susan Fenton netted one goal for Swarm and also had one helper. Rose Benjamin and Ann McManamon each added one goal for Swarm. Shelly Stiles had two points. Floeter tallied one assist for Swarm.
